I hope all is well and off to a fabulous start for you today!
This morning, I'm reminded of life and how precious it is for one to live it fully while we are here. The quote that I used for this post, I feel, captures the essence of life perfectly. I enjoy being around friends and family, and this weekend I've had the chance to do just that once again. With all of the angst and negativity in the world, it is nice to be with the very people that can uplift your life and spirit. When I think of how blessed I am, I'm overcome with emotion. It's not necessarily "objects or things" that I think of when I think of my blessings, but instead, it is the love and positive energy of those that bring value to my life that fulfills my life.
I don't want to take up too much of your time today, but I want to encourage you to make sure to surround yourself with people that add value to your life. Be protective of your personal energy and fill your day with positivity. We as individuals, say it all of the time, "there's enough negativity in this world; we need more positivity" I challenge you to, try to be the positive that the world needs. If you find yourself drifting into a negative realm, pull back and reset. Always look for the good in any and every situation, and you will find your footing again. Remember, although something may seem bad there's always a silver lining. I hope that this short post brings a little light to you today, and although what I've said is something we all speak about regularly, it's not a bad idea for us to hear it reiterated as often as possible.
