Creative Calfuray is kicking off 2019 with a romantic writing event hosted by ShimmySista, to celebrate the joys and sensuality of romance on January 12. This event will bring a diverse group of women together to fellowship through writing about romance and being in love. It will be a fun evening of sips, lite bites, laughter and romantic enlightenment!

The “M.A.I.” Write to Romance event, will encourage women participants to explore the senses of romance that activates the heart. In this session, we will focus on 3 of your 5 senses and how they affect our love lives:

Sight: “Vision of Love”

Smell: “Scent of Attraction"

Taste: “Sweet Romance"

Each segment will be broken down into a 45 minute sessions; where will discuss one of the 3 "senses", and 15 minutes will be dedicated to writing about that particular sense as it relates to romance. By the end of the evening, participants will have written their very own "flash fictional" story.

The before the start of the event and the last half hour will allow the participants to mingle and chat. It will also allow for greater flexibility in the schedule should discussions become lively and candid.

You do not have to be a writer to attend this event. For women only, 21+ years old.
